Chocolate coated raisins

Description: A method has been evolved to prepare chocolate coated raisins with rose aroma. Raisins prepared by using Thompson Seedless (white) and Sarita Seedless (black) to create new product. The process was standardized to develop product with a fair level of consumer acceptability and commercial viability. The prepared product was registered with higher antioxidant activities, containing health beneficial compounds.
